G E R M A N Y
The period allowed for payment is 10 days net.
Collection Method:
Please issue an authorisation note that allows me to withdraw the invoice amount from your bank account.
Cheque:
Please enter the invoice amount on the signed cheque and attach it to your order note. The cheque will not be cashed until the merchandise will be dispatched.
Invoice:
Please settle the invoice within 10 days after receipt of the merchandise.
COD:
Orders exceeding a volume of DEM 300.00 are delivered COD or upon advance payment. The respective COD fees will be charged to you.

Advance payment or according to agreement.
Default
For defaults I charge a processing fee of DEM 5.00 per reminder. Furthermore I charge interests payable on arrears 5 % above the respective discount rate fixed by the Federal Bank of Germany starting on the first day of default.
The mills and shakers are no mass-produced articles. Some rare types of timber and special kinds of grind will only be available in a restricted number of objects. I try as hard as I can to deliver in accordance with categories A, B and C of the item list.
A On Stock: Generally delivery is executed within a few days. (Please possibly enter a further type of wood desired or a different category as an alternative.)
B Rare Types of Wood, Grained Wood: 3 months according to stock
C Utmostly Rare Types of Wood, Special Models: Up to 6 months or longer depending on availability.
Partial Delivery
In case not all the ordered items are on stock, we reserve the right to execute partial delivery, and the respective (partial) invoices have to be settled according to the above payment terms.
Data Protection
Your personal data are stored as far as they concern the order. I feel obliged to protect your personal data as fixed in the regulations for data protection established in the German corpus of law.
